GoToMeeting is a flexible, versatile web conferencing service that makes it easy to set up online meetings.

You're able to arrange "instant" meetings that your contacts can attend right away. You could schedule a one-off meeting for some time in the future (if you're using Outlook then a reminder will be generated), or regularly recurring meetings for, say, every Monday morning at 9:30am.

You can invite up to 15 people to each meeting, and then present Powerpoint slides, share your entire screen or particular applications, engage in text or phone chat, work on an interactive whiteboard, collaboratively edit any document, and more. And as long as your attendees have a modern browser (IE6, Firefox 3.0, Safari 3.0 or later) they'll get the full benefit of your presentation, and be able to join in, no additional software required. (You can also launch a meeting from any browser with internet access, if you're away from home.)

If a colleague also has GoToMeeting installed, though, you'll be able to switch presenter at any time, giving them the hosting powers and responsibilities. And so, just as in real life, a GoToMeeting conference can be a team event where a number of people take turns to present information to your attendees.

And extensive recording options allow you to record exactly what happened at your meeting, for reference later, or circulating to people who couldn't attend.

GoToMeeting is available on a subscription, either £29 a month or £276 if you pay annually. This allows you to hold as many meetings as you like, nothing extra to pay, and includes the integrated conference calling service and VoIP capability.
